We are committed to providing you with excellent customer service! This commitment is not just for our products but our process as well. The processing time is 3 to 5 business days. We only ship Monday through Friday, our standard shipping will take 2-3 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 4-6 days. During major sales, our shipping time is 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We recommend making your hair appointment with these time frames in mind.
